- Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

- Product differs from website listing (size, color, shape)
- Non-functional items (e.g. electronics dead on arrival)

- Damage or missing parts not reported at delivery/assembly
- Installation issues (e.g. wall mounting not supported)
- Damage due to relocation or improper handling
💸 Refund Process
- Refund Timeline: Processed within 72 hours after product reaches warehouse and passes quality check.

- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunded via NEFT (bank details required)
- Store Credits: Fastest option, no expiry or usage limits

Refund Credit Time:
- UPI/Card/Net Banking: 7–10 business days
- NEFT: 10–15 business days

- Exclusions: Upholstery, wear & tear, improper handling, seasonal wood changes
