🔄 Return Policy

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligible Reasons:
    • Defective product (e.g. imbalance, joint issues)
    • Product differs from website listing (size, color, shape)
    • Non-functional items (e.g. electronics dead on arrival)
  • Not Eligible:
    • Damage or missing parts not reported at delivery/assembly
    • Installation issues (e.g. wall mounting not supported)
    • Damage due to relocation or improper handling

💸 Refund Process

  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 72 hours after product reaches warehouse and passes quality check.
  • Modes of Refund:
    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
    • COD orders: Refunded via NEFT (bank details required)
    • Store Credits: Fastest option, no expiry or usage limits
  • Refund Credit Time:
    • UPI/Card/Net Banking: 7–10 business days
    • NEFT: 10–15 business days

  • Exclusions: Upholstery, wear & tear, improper handling, seasonal wood changes
